The Center works with company representatives to develop and offer specific skill-building training focused on a current or future company program or project. These implementation workshops result in specific real project deliverables.
The Center's subject expert instructor works with a team of employees to produce the required project deliverables. Output from these workshops can shorten time to delivery and yield higher quality solutions. Participants work as a team to learn new skills for future projects while achieving current project goals and meeting real project deadlines.
