Assertive Management
Your success depends upon your ability to influence
people at all levels in the organization. This hands-on
workshop is designed to increase your personal
competence in the areas of communication, influence,
and problem solving. The focus is on real-life problems
and challenges you face in the workplace.
You will practice techniques on videotape, critique
yourself, and receive coaching on how to enhance your
effectiveness in getting things done while building positive
working relationships with others in the organization.
