Martin S. Conn Martin S. Conn is a principal with Great Circle Consulting Group, Inc. He specializes in the establishment of project management infrastructures, corporate project management offices and standards, and project management process and methodology customization. Mr. Conn has helped projects that are in trouble; he provides interim management services, business plan development, and project management services for new product development and marketing efforts. He has taught project management to public and private companies in the aerospace, entertainment, energy, pharmaceutical, construction, information technology, and new media industries.
