Paul Davis has over 30 years experience in aerospace systems
engineering, software development, program management, business
development, proposal preparation, Six Sigma, CMMI, AS9100, PMI,
process improvement, assessment, and training.
Mr. Davis serves as Six Sigma Champion for Northrop Grumman
Mission Systems Development Operation coordinating organizational
process improvements, performing process assessments, instructing
Green Belt trainees, and, as a certified Black Belt, leading
process improvements in software development, systems engineering,
risk management, system of systems planning, logistics support,
earned value management, cost estimation, and integrated management
planning and scheduling.
In previous positions at McDonnell Douglas and Northrop Grumman
(formerly TRW), Mr. Davis performed systems engineering, software
development, systems integration, systems test, and program management
for missile guidance and control, mission data processing, missile
warning, air operations planning, satellite ground systems, and
site operation projects. He has had multiple proposal preparation
assignments in technical design, software development planning,
integrated management planning (IMP), and integrated master scheduling
(IMS). His current process improvement research addresses increased
project effectiveness through process integration and monitoring
of leading indicators.
Mr. Davis completed his MS degree in mathematics at Michigan
State University. He has participated in multiple corporate and
UCLA extension certification programs.
