Tom Niehaus, principal, Impact Planning Group
(IPG), has more than 25 years experience in the application of
technology, marketing, and organizational change.
He has participated in the successful integration
of business requirements and technology solutions across such
diverse industries as application software, automotive, consumer
packaged goods, distribution, financial services, and telecommunications.
Client companies include: Bank One, Bertelsmann, Boise Cascade,
Exxon, Federal Express, Ford Motor Company, Moore Business Products,
Roche, SAP, Tektronix, Unilever, and Verizon.
Mr. Niehaus was a founding partner of the Peppers
and Rogers Group, where he helped guide large and small clients
in becoming customer driven enterprises. Previously, he held senior
management positions in sales, marketing, software development,
and business development in the computer services and information
industries, notably with Cowles Business Media, Dun & Bradstreet,
National CSS, and Shell Oil Company.
Mr. Niehaus graduated from the University of
Texas with a BA in marketing and computer science.
