Cyndi B. Roberts is the founder and president of Cyberserv Solutions, a consulting practice specializing in project management, implementation support, and training for business systems. She has over 15 years of experience in systems analysis, design, process engineering, and implementation over a wide range of industries including digital broadcast, consumer products, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, nonprofit, and utilities. Her clients include DIRECTV Latin America, DIRECTV USA, Hughes, Mindport USA, and Nestlé USA. Ms. Roberts’ recent projects focus on the selection and implementation of web-based applications (software as a service). She has extensive background in financial and customer service systems projects, including the selection, tailoring, and testing of package software to meet integrated business process requirements. Ms. Roberts has managed the design, development, and delivery of financial system and customer service training for multiple international start-up satellite television service businesses. She has managed the design and development of web-based help systems for SAP in addition to courseware development and delivery of end user training. Previously, Ms. Roberts was the manager of financial information systems for DIRECTV and a business systems consultant for Arthur Andersen.
